Press release policy
Proact’s policy is to distribute press releases at any of the following news opportunities:
- Business exceeding SEK 2 million
- Business strategic in nature, regardless of order amount
- Business important to an individual subsidiary of the Proact Group
- Business development in the form of takeovers, new establishments and similar
- Financial information when reports are issued
NB: As far as press releases on business are concerned, our aim is to issue these when the order is placed. However, in many cases clients do not wish to publish this information. Of course, we always respect this.
