When you report an incident, try to include as much relevant information as possible. System logs, console messages, OS level and version number all help us to resolve incidents quickly.
Please include the serial number of the product if your request concerns any kind of hardware, e.g. robots, tape stations, switches, filers, disk modules, etc.
A confirmation of your incident request will be sent within 10 minutes to the e-mail address that you provide.
